Purpose-Built, Not Adapted — Kawasaki's Dedicated Backhoe Loader Line
Unlike some suppliers who repurpose an excavator pump for backhoe loader use, Kawasaki engineers a dedicated K3VLS series pump specifically for load-sensing backhoe loader circuits — paired with a K8V pump and M7V motor where the machine uses hydrostatic transmission for travel. PumpGrid refurbishes both, tested to Kawasaki spec before dispatch.
Kawasaki treats backhoe loaders as a distinct application, not an afterthought of its excavator line. The K3VLS series was developed specifically for machines running a load-sensing control system, working alongside the KLSV control valve and PV48 pilot control valve for smooth, precise loader-and-backhoe operation. For backhoe loaders with hydrostatic transmission travel, Kawasaki's K8V pump and matched M7V motor handle drive power separately from the working hydraulics.
Not every backhoe loader uses hydrostatic travel — many use a mechanical transmission instead, in which case only the K3VLS working pump applies. WhatsApp your machine model and we'll confirm which system(s) you have.
Full disassembly. Piston, slipper and swashplate wear measured against Kawasaki tolerance. Load-sensing compensator and KLSV valve interface tested for accurate response across the full flow range. Shaft seal and all O-rings replaced as standard.
For machines with hydrostatic transmission, the closed-circuit K8V pump and its matched M7V motor are inspected and refurbished as a pair — mismatched wear between pump and motor is a common cause of uneven travel performance.
Every unit is bench tested under load — pressure, flow, and control response recorded on a written test report before the pump ships.
The K3VLS and K8V lines aren't stocked as widely in India as excavator-class Kawasaki pumps. PumpGrid keeps refurbished units ready to dispatch in 2-3 working days.
A refurbished K3VLS or K8V unit typically saves 40-60% versus sourcing a new pump through the specialised import channel.
Our written pressure and flow test report gives fleet managers the documentation needed for maintenance and compliance records.
3-month minimum warranty, with replacement rather than repair if a refurbishment defect appears within that period.
If travel and working functions are affected differently, that helps pinpoint which pump needs attention — WhatsApp us the details.
