All pumps carry a minimum 3-month warranty from the date of dispatch covering defects from the refurbishment process. If a pump fails due to a refurbishment defect within the warranty period, we coordinate a replacement. Warranty does not cover damage from contaminated oil, wrong installation, or operation outside rated parameters.

Every pump dispatched from PumpGrid comes with a written quality test report showing actual pressure readings, flow rate measurements, seal replacement confirmation, and leakage test results. You also receive photos of the pump and packaging before dispatch via WhatsApp.
