Secure Packaging

Pump ports are capped to prevent contamination. Unit is foam-wrapped and placed in a wooden crate or heavy-duty carton. For exports, full packaging documentation and country-specific compliance is handled.

No. If you know the vehicle make, model, and year (e.g. Komatsu PC350-8), we can identify the correct pump. But if you have the part number, it speeds up the sourcing.

Can I see photos of the pump before I confirm the order?

Yes. We share actual photos of the available pump on WhatsApp before order confirmation — so you can see its physical condition before making any payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and cheque are accepted. For export orders, wire transfer is standard. Payment terms are discussed at the quote stage.
